Our Fun in English program is designed to help students learn the fundamentals of English by ingeniously incorporating both phonics and topic–related activities. For the teaching of phonics, we employ Letterland, a renowned phonics program as the core apparatus. For the teaching of topics, we adopt an eclectic teaching approach to inculcate the key concepts of our program into our young learners. Activities such as songs, games, role-plays, presentations and so on are suitably used to increase students’ interest in English learning.

Objectives of this program:

  • To build on children’s phonetic awareness and phonics skills
  • To enable children to read short words through decoding and to pronounce tricky words
  • To increase children’s vocabulary bank through fun games and activities

Activities within this program include: Phonics Learning, Topic Time and Workbook Time.

Each student will finish a workbook, receive a midterm evaluation and an assessment per term.
